Yo! Rachel, here. I am the Chief Chocolate Officer of this joint and I am responsible for every aspect of this little Chocolate Company that could. Sixteen years of professional pastry experience and a lack of desire to fit in has lead me here.
This is a collections based chocolate shop where each collection is based around a theme or story.
I am a full time working pastry chef, but I'm more than willing to give up my free time to tell these stories.

If, like me, you’re a little bored with the same ol’ selections at every chocolatier, you’re in the right place! Sometimes, we want a bit more adventure in our lives. Sometimes, we just don’t (want to) fit in, and like things a little bit outside of the box. Sometimes, our comfort zone begs us to step away from it and try something new (you know, that whole “it’s not you, it’s me” situation…).

This is where Misfit Confections comes in. We’re Off The Wall. Oh, the weird and the wonderful! No flavor is off limits (unless it just doesn’t work, which happens sometimes). I’m here to push some boundaries and do some unusual things and I’m glad to have you along for the ride. Your Adventurous Soul is much appreciated.
